Following the announcement by General Capital Limited (“GEN”) on Tuesday, 16 November
2021, NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the final exercise date for General Capital Limited
Warrants (“GENWB”) is Tuesday, 30 November 2021.
Any GENWB warrants not exercised by 5:00pm on Tuesday, 30 November 2021 will lapse and
all rights in regard to them will expire.
The final day of trading in GENWB will be Friday, 26 November 2021 prior to the warrants being
halted and suspended at close of business.
GENWB will be removed from the NZX Main Board from close of business on Tuesday, 30
November 2021.
