Results of Savor Limited Annual Shareholder Meeting

At
Savor Limited’s shareholder meeting, held online today, shareholders were asked to vote on 3
resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• That Ryan Davis be elected as a Director of Savor.
• That Louise Alexander be elected as a Director of Savor.
• That EY be appointed as Savor’s auditor, and that the Directors be authorised to fix the fees and
expenses of the auditor.
