Satisfaction of conditions for conditional market
Ventia Services Group Limited ABN 53 603 253 541 (the Company) advises that the conditions for
the conditional market, as described in the prospectus dated 26 October 2021 as amended by the
supplementary prospectus dated 15 November 2021 (Prospectus) have been satisfied, being:
1. settlement under the Offer Management Agreement dated 26 October 2021, as amended
on 15 November 2021; and
2. the issue and transfer of Shares to successful applicants and bidders under the Offer.
Despatch date
The Company confirms that it expects that despatch of holding statements will occur on Wednesday
24 November 2021.
