New director announced
Vector today announces the appointment of Dr. Paul Hutchison as a director effective on 8
December 2021.

Dr Hutchison is a trustee of Entrust and the board has accordingly determined that he will be
a non-independent director. This appointment is to fill a casual vacancy and Dr Hutchinson will
stand for election at the next meeting of shareholders.
