ArborGen Holdings Announces Completion of
ArborGen ANZ Sale Transaction

As announced on 1 November 2021 (https://www.nzx.com/announcements/381921), ArborGen Holdings
Limited (NZX: ARB) (the Company or ArborGen) entered into an agreement to sell ArborGen’s New Zealand
and Australian businesses to ArborGen ANZ Limited Partnership (previously Geyser Limited Partnership) for
NZ$22.25 million (the ANZ Transaction).
The ANZ Transaction arose as a result of the strategic review being undertaken by the Company (as
announced on 30 June 2021 https://www.nzx.com/announcements/374791).
The Company confirms that completion of the ANZ Transaction has occurred today.
