•Strong cash flows from operations of $74.7

million.

•13.8% Operating Return on Capital

Employed.

•$62.2 million of capital expenditure invested in FY2021.

•$29.7 million of capital expenditure planned in FY2022.

•Vineyard development in New Zealand.

•Marlborough and Hawke’s Bay winery expansion.

•This capital investment supports the Group’s plan to grow sales by more than 798,000 cases to 3,976,000
