DIVESTMENT
Property for Industry Limited (PFI, the Company) is pleased to announce the divestment of the
Company’s 48 Seaview Road property in Seaview, Wellington.
Bayleys marketed the property, which has been unconditionally sold for a gross sales price of $10 million.
The property was last valued in June 2021 at $8.875 million.
Settlement of the divestment is scheduled to take place in February 2022.
