NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the company, it has placed a trading halt on Tourism
Holdings Limited ordinary shares (“THL”). The trading halt was placed at pre-market open
today.
The trading halt has been put in place pending finalisation of terms relating to a proposed
transaction.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of the release of a market announcement
regarding the proposed transaction, or market open on Monday, 13 December 2021.
