December 2029 (IFTHC) for the period 15 December 2021 to the next reset date, being 15
December 2022, is 4.19% per annum payable quarterly. This figure is equal to the One Year
Swap Rate on 15 December 2021 for quarterly payments, plus the Margin of 2.50% per
annum.
