Manager of Goodman Property Trust, is pleased to advise that the second quarter
distribution for the year ended 31 March 2022, will be paid to Unitholders today.

Goodman (NZ) Limited, the manager of GMT, is pleased to advise Unitholders that
the second quarter distribution, for the period ended 30 September 2021, has now
been paid. The distribution includes a cash component of 1.375000 cents per unit
with 0.302686 cents per unit of imputation credits attached.
Interim Report
I’d also like to advise that the 2022 Interim Report of Goodman Property Trust and
GMT Bond Issuer Limited is now available and can be accessed by following the link
