Between 9 August 2021 and 21 September 2021, Alan Paul Terris, Moya Ruth Terris and
Terris Trustee Limited in their capacity as trustees of the A&M Terris Family Trust made on-
market sales of, in aggregate, 677,937 Ordinary Shares to various purchasers, for total
consideration of $1,092,458.65.
Between 1 November and 14 December 2021, Alan Paul Terris made on-market sales of, in
aggregate, 2,875,983 Ordinary Shares to various purchasers, for total consideration of
$4,657,017.92.
