The Company announces that it agreed on 25 January 2022 to allot 100,000 Ordinary Shares at
299.50p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary
Share as at the close of business on 24 January 2022 was 297.0p.
These shares will be issued for cash on 27 January 2022. As at 27 January 2022 the issued share
and total voting rights will be 151,193,564.
