Spark finalises acquisition of Connect 8
Following its announcement on 22 December 2021, Spark New Zealand has today
announced that it has completed the acquisition of Connect 8 which will again be
wholly owned by Spark. Connect 8 will continue to operate as construction
contractor for telecommunications and other utility sectors.
