Seeka completes NZ Fruits amalgamation
Seeka Limited [NZX:SEK] advises that the amalgamation with NZ Fruits Limited [NZ Fruits] has been
successfully completed. The formal Certificate of Amalgamation from the Companies Office is
expected shortly, following which NZ Fruits will be a wholly owned subsidiary of Seeka and NZ Fruits
shareholders will all become shareholders in Seeka.
Seeka now moves into an integration phase to align the business processes of NZ Fruits with Seeka
and to set up the Gisborne-based business for a successful 2022 harvest season.
Seeka thanks the advisers and due diligence teams on behalf of both companies on the successful
completion of this transaction.
