UPDATE ON ALDWINS HOUSE ACQUISITION
Further to the announcement of 23 December 2021, Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX:PHL) can
advise that it has agreed with the vendor of Aldwins House to extend the date for satisfying the
finance condition for the acquisition to 28 February 2022.
PHL is making pleasing progress with securing finance arrangements and anticipates receiving a
finance offer shortly.
