Change of Senior Manager 17 February 2022
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1, technology services company EROAD (ASX/NZX: ERD),
announced today that Alex Ball, EROAD’s Chief Financial Officer for three years, has resigned to
pursue different career opportunities.
EROAD CEO Steven Newman said: “On behalf of the EROAD team, I would like to thank Alex for his
commitment and contribution to EROAD over the last three years. He has been a key member of
the executive team and has contributed significantly to EROAD’s growth over the last three years.”

“I wish him all the best for the future.”

Mr Ball’s resignation is effective from 13 May 2022.

EROAD will provide a further update to the market in due course.
