Radius Care - Director Resignation
Radius Residential Care Ltd (NZX: RAD) advises that Tim Sumner has resigned as a
director, effective today Friday 25 February 2022.
Tim has taken a senior role with KPMG in San Francisco and this position precludes him
from holding any external directorships.
The Board would like to thank Tim for his significant contributions over the last seven
years at Radius. This has included assistance to the finance team recently whilst
recruitment for a Chief Financial Officer is undertaken.
The Radius Care Board will start a search for a new independent director. This
appointment will increase the number of independent directors from two to three.
Ends.
