Mt Wellington property sale becomes unconditional
Sky Network Television (NZX/ASX: SKT) advises that the sale of the three properties comprising Sky’s Mt
Wellington Campus to Goodman Property Trust (GMT) for a consideration of $56m, is now
unconditional, with settlement expected in mid-March.
Sky CEO Sophie Moloney commented: “The sale of Sky’s Mt Wellington properties is consistent with our
strategy of creating the best work environment for our crew as well as recycling capital to initiatives that
create value for customers and shareholders.”
