Suspension of Class (ASX: ANZPE) from Official Quotation
Description
The ANZ Capital Notes 2 (ASX: ANZPE) of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited (‘ANZ’) will be
suspended from quotation prior to the commencement of trading today, Tuesday, 15 March 2022, in
accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, pending redemption on 24 March 2022.

Please note that the suspension applies to the Capital Notes 2 (ASX: ANZPE) only, and does not apply to any
other quoted securities of ANZ.
