2022 ANNUAL MEETING AND DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS
Restaurant Brands New Zealand Limited (RBD) is to hold its next Annual Meeting of Shareholders
on Thursday 26 May 2022. Further details will be advised in the Notice of Meeting in due course.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, RBD advises that the opening date for nominations
for directors is today, 17 March 2022 and that the closing date for nominations for directors is
Thursday 31 March 2022 (Closing Date). All nominations must be received by 4.00pm NZT on
the Closing Date.
A nomination may only be made by a shareholder of RBD entitled to attend and vote at the Annual
Meeting and should be addressed to: The Company Secretary, Restaurant Brands New Zealand
Limited, Level 3, Building 7, 666 Great South Road, PO Box 22749, Otahuhu, Auckland.
