Westpac Banking Corporation – Suspension and Removal of
Notes (ASX Code: WBCHBH) from Official Quotation
Description
The Series 1187-1 AUD350,000,000 4.50% Subordinated Instruments due 11 March 2027 (ASX Code: WBCHBH)
(the ‘Notes’) of Westpac Banking Corporation (‘WBC’) will be suspended at the close of trading today Wednesday,
16 March 2022, in accordance with Listing Rule 17.2, following the redemption of the Notes on Friday, 11 March
2022.
The Notes will be finally removed from Official Quotation with effect from the close of trading on Thursday, 17
March 2022.

Please note that the suspension only applies to the Notes (ASX Code: WBCHBH), and does not apply to any
other quoted securities of WBC.
