substantial product holder notice released on 23 December 2021, the trustees of Nikau
Trust disclosed that, to ensure compliance with the Takeovers Code, they agreed with CGF
to reclassify 36,250,000 of their existing ordinary shares as non-voting shares. The
trustees have since agreed by written notice to CGF that 16,250,000 of those non-voting
shares be reclassified as ordinary shares.
