Cooks Global Foods Limited (NZX: CGF) advises that it intends to undertake a 15 into 1 consolidation of
its shares, change its name to “Cooks Coffee Company Limited” and ticker code to CCC, each effective
on 31 March 2022.

CGF intends to request from NZ RegCo an administrative trading halt for a period of 2 business days
while the consolidation is undertaken.
