Booster Innovation Fund acquires share in Montoux Limited

Booster Innovation Fund adds Montoux to its investment portfolio

Booster is pleased to announce the addition of Montoux to the Booster Innovation Fund (BIF) portfolio.

Montoux operates in the Life and Health Insurance part of the information service technology sector. It
specialises in the combination of actuarial and data science expertise with automation and machine
learning to provide an actuarial automation and decision science platform for life and health insurers.
Montoux was formed in 2012 and is classified as at early expansion stage.

BIF will make a cash investment of $500,000 in Montoux. Following this transaction, Montoux will
represent 7% of BIF’s investment portfolio of 19 companies, and with a net asset value of over $7.3m.

Investors can continue to purchase units in BIF on the NZX or can subscribe for units in the fund as part of
the process described in the fund’s Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) that is available at
www.booster.co.nz.
