Waiver granted from banking covenant
Enprise Group Limited (NZX:ENS) advises that as per the half year report the
formal waiver sort from the BNZ has been granted. The waiver is in respect of
interest cover ratio and the financial debt ratio. The bank has provided a waiver
of these breaches agreeing to not take further action on this occasion.
