ANNOUNCEMENT OF DIRECTOR’S RESIGNATION
The Board of Directors of Hallenstein Glasson Holdings Limited advises that Ms. Mary Devine has tendered her
resignation as Non‐Executive Director, effective 30 March 2022.
Mary has resigned due to her work commitments in her new role as CEO of Foodstuffs South Island. Mary

her involvement with Hallenstein Glassons and to be a part of such
a vibrant business and great team.
Mary joined the Board of Directors in July 2018. She was then appointed Group Managing Director in April 2019
