EROAD Appoints North American Director

Transportation technology services company EROAD Limited (NZX/ASX: ERD) (EROAD), with its purpose of
safer and more sustainable roads, today announced it has appointed Sara Gifford as an additional North
American d irector.
Sara Gifford has extensive experience in software and technology development, logistics, transportation,
large scale product implementation and sales. Ms Gifford served as the Chief Solutions Officer and
member of the executive board of global supply chain and business operation services company Quintiq.
Ms Gifford is currently a director of North American company Spiro, a customer relationship
management and sales enablement company and is the co-founder and director of Activote, a non-
partisan application enabling voting in North America.

Ms Gifford will join the EROAD Board as an independent director effective immediately. The Board has
determined that Ms Gifford is an independent director for the purposes of the NZX Listing Rules.
