Following the announcement by Marlin Global Limited (“MLN”) on Friday, 8 April 2022, NZX
Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the final exercise date for the Marlin Global Limited warrants
(“MLNWE”) is Friday, 20 May 2022.

Any MLNWE warrants not exercised by 5:00pm on Friday, 20 May 2022 will lapse and all rights
in regards to them will expire.

The final day of trading in MLNWE will be Wednesday, 18 May 2022 prior to the warrants being
halted and suspended at close of business.

MLNWE will be removed from the NZX Main Board from close of business on Friday, 20 May
2022.
