NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of Australia and New Zealand Banking Group Limited
(“ANZ”), it has placed a trading halt on ANZ Ordinary Shares. The trading halt was placed at pre
market open today, Wednesday 4 May 2022.
ANZ has requested the trading halt while it releases its interim results and associated
announcements.
The trading halt of ANZ is expected to be lifted after the release of all relevant announcements,
at 11am today.
