Meeting

At the 2022 Annual Shareholders Meeting of Channel Infrastructure NZ Limited held on 10 May 2022 online,

shareholders were asked to vote on 6 resolutions, all of which were supported by the Board.


As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll. The resolutions passed by

shareholders (and the voting results) were:
