NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that the Dividend announced Monday, 9 May 2022, by
Westpac Banking Corporation (“WBC”), has a Dividend Payment Date of Friday, 24 June 2022.

As Friday, 24 June 2022 is a Public Holiday in New Zealand, the dividend has been set up in
NZX’s system to have a payment date of Monday, 27 June 2022, being the next good business
day. Dividend payments will be made by Westpac on Friday, 24 June, and shareholders who
elect to receive their dividend payment in NZD are expected to receive this payment on
Monday, 27 June 2022.

Westpac shareholders on the New Zealand register who elect to participate in the dividend
reinvestment plan will receive their Westpac ordinary shares (Shares) on Friday, 24 June 2022.
These Shares will be tradeable on NZX on Monday, 27 June 2022.
