Call for Director nominations
Third Age Health Services Limited (NZX: TAH) calls for Director nominations for the purposes of NZX Listing
Rule 2.3.2.
The period for the nomination for Directors will close on Friday 3 June 2022. All nominations must be received
by 5:00 p.m. (New Zealand time) on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a Shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders'
Meeting (AGM).
Nominations must be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer via email to investors@thirdagehealth.co.nz or
sent to Third Age Health's registered office, addressed to:

Details for the forthcoming AGM, to be held in July 2022, will be advised in the Notice of Meeting.
