Comvita Alternative Director Appointment revoked

The Board of Comvita Limited (NZX: CVT) announces that Director Yawen Wu has revoked the appointment
of Qiang Sun (Alex) as her Alternate Director, effective 23 May 2022.

The Directors thank Mr Sun for his services as Ms Wu’s Alternate Director.
