Infratil Limited AUD FX Rate for the FY2022 Final Dividend

Infratil advises that the foreign exchange rate to be used for the Infratil Limited final dividend to be
paid to Australian investors in AUD on 15 June 2022 has been set at 0.9031. This is the RBNZ rate
on 3 June 2022.
