NZ RegCo advises that, at the request of the issuer, it has placed a trading halt on New Zealand
Rural Land Company Limited (“NZL”) ordinary shares. The trading halt was placed at pre-
market open today, Wednesday 8 June 2022.
The trading halt has been put in place while NZL undertakes the institutional bookbuild element
of an accelerated offer.
The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of release of an announcement about
completion of the institutional bookbuild element of the accelerated offer, or market open on
Friday, 10 June 2022.
