Further to the announcement of 19 May 2022, Goodman (NZ) Limited, the Manager of
Goodman Property Trust, is pleased to advise that the fourth quarter distribution for the
year ended 31 March 2022, will be paid to Unitholders today.

GOODMAN PROPERTY TRUST (“GMT” and “Trust”)
Goodman (NZ) Limited, the manager of GMT, is pleased to advise Unitholders that
the fourth quarter distribution, for the period ended 31 March 2022, has now been
paid. The distribution includes a cash component of 1.375000 cents per unit with an
additional 0.182231 cents per unit in imputation credits.
This is the final quarterly payment relating to the 2022 financial year and results in an
annual cash distribution of 5.50 cents per unit.
