The shares are issued to shareholders
who opted to join the Dividend
Reinvestment Plan (the Plan), issued 19
May 2022. On 30 May 2022 the
company declared a final dividend of
4.05 cents per share, payable on 20
June 2022.

The number of shares to be issued is
based on the net dividend payable to
the eligible shareholders and a price of
$2.7805. The share price was
calculated in accordance with the Plan,
based on the weighted average sale
price for the shares sold on the NZX
Main Board on each of the first five
business days following the dividend
record date.

As a result, 1,363 shares are to be
issued in accordance with the Plan.
