Notice Of Dividend Currency Exchange Rate

On 23 March 2022 we announced an interim dividend for the period ended 31 January 2022 of 3.0 NZ cents
per share. The record date for the dividend was 15 June 2022. The following table details the currency
exchange rate applicable for the dividend:
