MOVE TO BE ADMITTED AS FOREIGN EXEMPT LISTING ON ASX


Transport and logistics group, MOVE Logistics Group Limited (NZX: MOV), is pleased to advise that it

will be admitted to the official list of the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) today as a foreign

exempt entity.

Official quotation of MOVE’s shares on the ASX is expected to commence at 10:30am (AEST) /

12:30pm (NZST) on 1 July 2022, enabling shareholders to trade their MOVE shares on the NZX or

ASX.

MOVE has been allocated the ASX ticker code of "MOV".

To trade on either exchange, shares will need to be registered on the share register for the particular

jurisdiction. Shareholders wishing to move their shares to the ASX or NZX register should contact

either their share broker or MOVE’s share registry, Link Market Services Limited, either by calling 09

375 5998 or email enquiries@linkmarketservices.co.nz.

MOVE Logistics Group will proudly remain a New Zealand company and continue its primary listing

on the NZX.
