On 20 July 2022, Quayside Holdings Limited, through its subsidiary, Quayside Securities
Limited as Trustee of the Quayside Investment Trust, acquired an additional 3,857,143
ordinary shares in Trade Window Holdings Limited at NZ$0.70 per share through an off -
market share placement. This resulted in a movement of 1% or more in its substantial
holding.
At the last disclosure, the substantial holding was held by Quayside Holdings Limited. It is
now held by Quayside Securities Limited as Trustee of Quayside Investment Trust, of which

Quayside Holdings Limited is the beneficial owner and has the power to control the
acquisition or disposal of the product.
