Details of the transactions or other events requiring disclosure: As described in the
substantial product holder notice filed by China Resources Enterprise, Limited ("CRE") on
25 July 2022, CRE and its related parties gave effect to a solvent internal restructure
pursuant to which CRNF transferred 21,500,000 ordinary shares held by it in SCL to CRE
for NZ$4.76 per share. Settlement of the transfer occurred on 22 July 2022.
