Annual Results Announcement - Year Ending 30 June 2022

PGG Wrightson Limited (NZX: PGW) advises that its annual results for the year ending 30 June 2022,
will be released to the NZX at approximately 8:30am on Tuesday, 16 August 2022. This will be followed
by an audio conference at 10:00am.
