The Company announces that it agreed on 27 July 2022 to allot 250,000 Ordinary Shares at
281.0p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility. The net asset value per Ordinary
Share as at the close of business on 27 July 2022 was 275.1p.

These shares will be issued for cash on 29 July 2022. As at 29 July 2022 the issued share capital
and total voting rights will be 154,648,564.
