Full year results – announcement date

Sky Network Television Limited (NZX/ASX: SKT) will release its financial results for the year

ending 30 June 2022 and confirm details of the Company’s capital management plan on

Thursday 25th August 2022.

Following the release, Sky’s Chief Executive Sophie Moloney and Chief Financial Officer Tom

Gordon will host an audio webcast/teleconference briefing for investors and analysts at

10:30am (NZST).
