Napier Port FY2022 nine-month results announcement

Napier Port (NZX:NPH) intends to release its financial results for the nine months to 30 June 2022 on
the morning of Wednesday 24 August 2022.

Following the release of the results to the NZX, Napier Port Chair Alasdair MacLeod, Chief Executive
Todd Dawson and Chief Financial Officer Kristen Lie will host a conference call at 11.00am (NZT)
(9.00am, AEST) to discuss the results and current trading.

The results announcement material which will be referred to during the call will be released to the
NZX and posted on Napier Port’s investor centre: www.napierport.co.nz/investor-centre/
