Vulcan acquisition of Ullrich Aluminium completed
Vulcan (ASX: VSL, NZX: VSL) advises that the key conditions in the sale and purchase
agreement with Gilbert Ullrich (the founder and owner of Ullrich Aluminium) have been
satisfied and that the purchase of 100% of the shares in Ullrich Aluminium Co Limited
(NZ company number 47279) has been completed, effective from 1 August 2022.
