Further information regarding Third Age Digital Health

Third Age Digital Health is not involved in the provision of any services by Third Age Health Services.

While it has a few common shareholders, and owes Third Age Health Services repayment of a loan, it is not
related in any other way.

The similarity in the name of Third Age Digital Health is an unfortunate legacy.

The liquidation of Third Age Digital Health has no impact on the ongoing viability of Third Age Health
Services.

Apart from seeking repayment of the loan owed to it Third Age Health Services has no interest in Third Age
Digital Health.
