Results of Rakon Limited 2022 Annual Meeting of Shareholders
At Rakon Limited’s Annual Meeting of Shareholders, held in Guineas 1 Room, Ellerslie Event Centre,
Ellerslie Race Course, 80 Ascot Avenue, Remuera, Auckland, New Zealand, and online via
www.meetnow.global/nz, on 11 August 2022 at 11.00am (NZST) shareholders were asked to vote on
five (5) resolutions, which were supported by the Board.
As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.
The resolutions passed by shareholders were:
 Re-elect Brent Robinson as a director of Rakon Limited
 Re-elect Keith Watson as a Director of Rakon Limited
 Elect Steven Tucker as a director of Rakon Limited
 Elect Sinead Horgan as a director of Rakon Limited
 Authorise Directors to fix the fees for Rakon Limited’s auditor
