NEW GLOBAL HEADQ UARTERS

Michael Hill International Limited (ASX/NZX:MHJ) announces the relocation of its global headquarters to new
purpose-built leased premises. The new state of the art building is home to the Company’s global leadership
team and functions, technology enabled Australasian distribution centre and re imagined artisanal jewellery
workshop. The facility provides a contemporary, dynamic, and productive environment, strategically aligned
to Michael Hill’s aspirational brand journey.

The new headquarters will house the global support functions of merchandise, marketing, digital, finance, IT,
retail operations and human resources, along with distribution and manufacturing operations. The innovative
building spans ~3,000 m
2
across three levels with a focus on design, collaboration and sustainability.

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.14, Michael Hill International Limited (ASX/NZX:MHJ) advises that effective
today, the Company’s Registered Office and Principal Place of Business has changed to 34 Southgate Avenue,
Cannon Hill, Queensland, 4170. The Company’s website and contact numbers remain unchanged.
