Comvita Limited (NZX:CVT) advises that:

1. Its annual meeting is to be held on Thursday, 29 September 2022 commencing at 10.30am.
2. In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 the opening date for director nominations is
Monday 22 August and the closing date is Friday 2 September 2022, 4.00pm.

Nominations must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and should be
accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated and contain sufficient information to
enable shareholders to make an informed decision as to whether or not to elect the candidate, including:

▪ Biographical details, qualifications, experience, and the skills the candidate will bring to the Board; and
▪ Details of other material directorships held.
